Selling with us

Why owners give us the listing

01

We survey before we list

A pre-listing survey at our cost. Buyers see the report on day one, which is why our sales rarely fall through at the survey stage.

02

One broker, start to finish

The person who takes your listing shows the boat, runs the sea trial and closes the sale. No handing you to a junior after the photographs.

03

Commission agreed in writing

A single percentage, stated at the outset, covering photography, listing, viewings and closing. No marketing packages sold on top.

04

We say when the price is wrong

An overpriced boat goes stale and sells for less a year later. We would rather have the difficult conversation at the start.

Marine finance

What the monthly actually looks like

Indicative marine mortgage at 7.4% representative. Most lenders advance up to 70% against a surveyed yacht under a recognised flag, over a term matched to her age.

  • Terms from 5 to 15 years
  • Typically up to 70% loan to value
  • Euro or sterling facilities

Estimated monthly repayment

Illustration only. Marine finance subject to status, survey and flag state.

A broker and a couple aboard a sailing yacht in a marina

“They told me the boat was priced eighty thousand too high and that they would list it anyway if I insisted. I insisted. Six months later I dropped it to their number and it sold in three weeks.”

About this page

Everything above is a demonstration

The business, the listings and the reviews are invented — this page exists to show what someone could put on yachtbrokerage.com. The domain itself is genuinely for sale.

Domain for sale

yachtbrokerage.com is available

You are looking at a demonstration, not a real business. We built it to show what this domain could carry — the company, the stock and the reviews are invented.

  1. 1

    Make an enquiry

Tell us who you are and what you would use it for. It costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.

  2. 2

    Agree a price

We reply with a price or consider your offer. Most conversations are settled within a couple of working days.

  3. 3

    Pay into escrow

Funds go to a licensed third-party escrow agent, never straight to us. They hold the money until the transfer is confirmed.

  4. 4

    Take ownership

We push the authorisation code to your registrar. You control the domain, usually within a week; escrow then releases the funds.

The demonstration site is not part of the sale by default — but if you want it, say so in your enquiry and we will include the source.
